Job Description
Location: Hadapsar, Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients through both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Manage mutual fund transactions while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to enhance service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and offer timely resolutions.
Qualifications: 6 months to 2 years of experience, knowledge of mutual funds, and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: ₹12,500.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
