Job Description

FML HOSPITALITY is seeking a Back Office Assistant for our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls for reservations, coordinate restaurant bookings, and handle customer feedback professionally. Other responsibilities include supporting event marketing, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to enhance service quality.
