Job Description
Udupi Perfumery Private Limited is currently hiring a Back Office Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Director. Key responsibilities include creating presentations, managing email communications, and facilitating inter-department coordination to maintain smooth office operations. The role also involves organizing files and records and assisting various teams with tasks such as call routing and scheduling meetings.
The ideal candidate will keep track of office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are crucial for success in this role.
