Job Description
We are seeking a full-time B2C Customer Service Executive based in Kumbalam, Kochi. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of B2C support experience. Responsibilities include managing WhatsApp chats, emails, inbound and outbound calls, providing product and order updates, logging interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Required: strong English communication, multi-tasking, time management, calm and solution-oriented attitude.
- Preferred: CRM experience.
