Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to create and implement innovative strategies that drive our company’s growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, setting business development targets, and collaborating with the sales team on proposals. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough market research to analyze competitors and identify industry trends.
Candidates should possess 2-4 years of sales experience with a proven track record in business acquisition that leads to revenue growth. Experience in digital services or agencies is a must. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, is required.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 10 AM – 7 PM, Sat 10 AM – 4:30 PM
