Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Specialist with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in Amazon Connect Agent Workspace and implementing solutions for contact centers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customizing Agent Workspaces, integrating with third-party applications, and designing agent workflows.
Experience in building conversational interfaces using Amazon Lex, writing CloudFormation templates, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub is essential. Mandatory skills include AWS Connect, API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
The core working hours are from 1 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST.
