We’re Hiring: Project Engineer-Home theatre / AV / Acoustic.
Prior Experience Must: Home Theatre systems, AV and Acoustic.
Location: Bangalore.

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled professional who understands Home Theatre
systems and can confidently handle client presentations. The ideal candidate should be able to design complete Home Theatre solutions based on room size, acoustics, and customer preferences recommending suitable equipment and configurations that deliver the best experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos for clients and partners.
- Design and propose Home Theatre solutions based on room size, acoustics and customer requirements.
- Suggest the right equipment combinations — including projectors, speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers and screens — for each project.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and solution proposals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Home Theatre, Audio-Video and Home Automation.
- Support the execution team during installation and calibration when required.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and ensure technical accuracy during client discussions.
Key Skills Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in Home Theatre / Audio-Video / Home Automation industry.
- Strong understanding of Home Theatre design principles, AV equipment selection and system layout planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing technical proposals, drawings, or BOQs is an added advantage.
- Experience in designing solutions using brands like Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, Epson, Optoma, Polk Audio, Focal, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for premium home entertainment solutions.
Compensation:
- Salary will be based on experience and technical expertise, along with performance-based incentives.
