AUTO TECH CO. is looking for a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to oversee service bookings, enhance customer communication, and coordinate workshop activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and assess service needs.
- Create job orders and collaborate effectively with technicians.
- Generate service estimates and clarify billing procedures.
- Maintain detailed service records and conduct timely follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering (required).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
