Job Description
Womennovator seeks an Automation Tester with 2–5 years’ experience. Candidates should have prior exposure to test automation tools, strong API and app testing skills, and solid coding ability in Java, Groovy, or Python. You will design and execute regression and stress tests, support CI/CD pipelines, and work with distributed systems and web applications. Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge, object-oriented programming (Java preferred), C++ familiarity, and excellent problem-solving are required. The role demands in-depth understanding of the testing lifecycle, attention to detail, time management, and continuous self-development to keep up with fast-changing trends.
