Job Description
Qualitest seeks an Automation Architect to lead automation initiatives for healthcare clients in India. Posted 24 Nov 2025.
- Architect scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and data layers and create reusable accelerators.
- Champion TOSCA, Selenium and DevOps tool adoption; integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab).
- Provide hands‑on scripting (Java/Python), mentor engineers, and collaborate with QA, development, and business stakeholders.
- Define metrics for test coverage, ROI, and compliance in healthcare environments.
Requirements: 10+ years relevant experience, proven team leadership, deep technical expertise, healthcare domain and regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
