Job Description
Virtusa seeks an Associate Java Developer with 1–2.5 years of professional experience building Java applications. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong OOP fundamentals and proficiency in Core Java (collections, multithreading) and Java 8 features (streams, lambdas).
- Experience with Spring Boot for REST APIs and ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito
- Working knowledge of SQL and Git
- Exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Jenkins) or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Good communication, teamwork, and Agile/Scrum experience preferred
