Job Description

Abhidi is in search of a committed Associate Talent Acquisition professional to enhance our team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates for various job openings, conducting initial screening interviews, and maintaining candidate profiles within our Applicant Tracking System.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 0-1.5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for human resources are essential for success in this position.

This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹350,00.00 to ₹400,00.00 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance and flexible work schedules.
