Job Description

This full-time position handles inbound and outbound calls in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to promote services, gather feedback, and resolve customer inquiries. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate interaction records, adhering to scripts and company policies, meeting call and quality targets, and escalating unresolved issues.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, an effective communicator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting digital transformation across Manufacturing, Retail, Hi‑Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Automobile, and Media sectors.
