Job Description
DBS Bank is seeking a proactive Associate in our Production Support team. In this role, you will ensure production changes are in line with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines. You will communicate application issues to stakeholders, provide level 2/3 support, and conduct root cause analysis to resolve complex system issues. A solid understanding of the banking domain is essential.
Candidates must have 3.5 to 6.5 years of experience in the financial services sector, with mandatory PL/SQL knowledge. Familiarity with Unix, Core Java 8, and web technologies such as HTML 5, Angular JS, and JavaScript is preferred.
