Job Description
Epsilon, a leading entity in interaction management within Publicis Groupe, is currently looking for an Associate IT Local Support L2. In this position, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining local infrastructure, including desktop and server hardware, software, and networking. Your duties will include troubleshooting IT incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
