Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Achieve service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Engage in collaborative efforts for process enhancement.
- Communicate any challenges to supervisors proactively.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or management.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO or logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess strong English communication skills.
