Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Invoicing Officer to oversee global invoice operations within our internal finance functions. This role involves invoice reconciliation, settlement, and ensuring adherence to company policies while maintaining accurate Profit & Loss and balance sheet records.
Ideal for entry-level to mid-junior Finance Administration candidates, the successful applicant will be a collaborative team member who builds positive stakeholder relationships, works proactively under regular supervision, and supports senior finance specialists with progress reporting, task coordination, and finance documentation.
