Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities:
You will act as the Point of Contact for forecasting and budget planning. Your responsibilities will include updating forecasts with actual data, refining forecasting scenarios, and generating final forecasts. You will also design forecasting models and capture relevant data for analysis, generating short-term forecasts while considering business impacts.
Key Skills & Knowledge:
We seek a candidate with strong skills in Mathematical and Statistical modelling, machine learning experience, and a solid understanding of contact center metrics. Excellent communication and collaborative skills are essential.
Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate with 0.6-2 years of experience in a BPO/Contact center environment.
