Job Description
Eaton is seeking a dedicated Associate Customer Support Representative to enhance our order management process. In this role, you will manage purchase orders, serve as a proofer/auditor, ensure accuracy in order processing, and proactively communicate with customers regarding order status. You will maintain organized records and comply with necessary logs while striving for exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
We require graduates/postgraduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a Materials-related field.
