Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Architect to support design development and technical delivery for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include producing detailed drawings, BIM models, and construction documents; coordinating consultants; managing schedules; and ensuring code compliance. The role also involves leading client presentations, conducting site visits and quality reviews, and mentoring junior staff.
- Requirements: Professional degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Strong portfolio and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, commitment to sustainable design, and meticulous attention to detail.
