Job Description
Join McDermott as an Associate Accounts Payable Administrator and become a vital part of our Accounts Payable Group. This role supports the team by performing basic Accounts Payable activities while following established Finance procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoice to PO matching and Non-PO invoices.
- Identify and resolve matching discrepancies.
- Respond to invoice status inquiries promptly.
- Scan and upload invoices into the TAP system for approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
