Job Description
As an Assistant Town Planner you will support urban development projects, prepare planning documents, conduct site assessments, and liaise with stakeholders. Responsibilities include assisting with land-use studies, zoning analysis, environmental impact assessments, permit applications, and community consultations. Required: degree in urban planning or related field, familiarity with GIS and planning software, strong written and verbal communication, and attention to regulatory detail.
