Job Description
Full-time, permanent role supporting hospital security, safety, and emergency preparedness. Supervise daily security operations, monitor entry/exit points and CCTV, enforce NABH-aligned safety protocols (infection control, fire safety, access control), conduct audits, coordinate emergency responses and drills, train security personnel, and assist with incident reporting and documentation.
- Qualifications: Graduate with security experience (healthcare or hospitality preferred); knowledge of fire and emergency procedures; strong leadership, communication, and crisis-management skills; ability to work shifts. Hindi required.
- Compensation: ₹40,00–₹50,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance and provident fund.
