Job Description

Oikar Studio is seeking an organized Office Assistant to handle daily administrative duties, maintain records and project updates, perform basic data entry and documentation, and communicate with clients via phone and WhatsApp. The role includes supporting the studio team with routine tasks, managing materials and purchases, and coordinating with vendors.

• Requirements: basic Excel and MS Word, basic Photoshop, Canva, strong communication, punctuality, organization, responsibility, and a valid driving license.
• Employment: Full-time, permanent, in-person at Belgharia, Kolkata. Freshers welcome.
• Compensation: ₹7,00–₹10,00 per month. Benefit: paid sick leave.
