Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Soft Services to oversee cleaning, security, landscaping, and customer-facing facilities operations across multiple properties. The role ensures service quality, coordinates vendors, and enforces health and safety compliance.
- Supervise on-site teams; manage schedules and contractor performance.
- Oversee budgets, procurement for soft services, and routine quality audits.
- Liaise with clients to resolve issues promptly and support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in facilities or hospitality management, strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic budget control preferred.
