Job Description
Pebble Street Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Food and Beverage Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily stocktaking, managing inventory shortages and surpluses, and ensuring accurate stock accounting. You will conduct random checks of fridges and freezers, compute operating expenses, and analyze purchases for anomalies.
Experience of 1 to 3 years is required. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month, along with various benefits including flexible hours, health insurance, and paid time off.
