Job Description
Ascensus is seeking a dedicated Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee various operations within our office. Key responsibilities include general office upkeep, maintaining the AC temperature, and ensuring cleanliness as per the service level agreement (SLA). You will manage office security, supervise security staff, and ensure sufficient stationery supplies. Additionally, you will coordinate food arrangements for office events and maintain our first aid kit. Visitor management and accurate record-keeping for material in/out are also part of this role, along with providing emergency support when necessary.
