Job Description
We are Lakshmi Machine Works, seeking a motivated Assembly Technician to join our Manufacturing – Machining Centre team. In this role, you will work diligently to maintain the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) from assembly processes and record quality plans to prevent customer complaints.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting electrical assembly issues, ensuring material availability, and demonstrating cycle time reduction techniques. You’ll also prepare work instructions, sustain TQM principles, and execute process improvements.
This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience. Hands-on training will be provided, making it ideal for both new and experienced individuals.
