Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Application Support professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably within the Telecom domain. Candidates should have proficiency in Oracle or PostgreSQL, the ability to write SQL Neo4j queries, and possess strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage user reporting issues and take ownership of application support and deployment activities, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and UAT support. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and ServiceNow for ticket management is essential.
