Job Description
Position: Team Lead
Role: Service Coordinator/Customer Service Executive
Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
Education: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma/Graduation
Experience: 2-3 years in the service industry, preferably in Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances such as TVs, ACs, washing machines, etc.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month, plus benefits including PF, Mediclaim, and mobile reimbursement.
Job Description: Responsible for allocating calls to engineers, managing service franchises, and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Turnaround Times (TAT). Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office are essential.
Immediate joining is required.
