Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure loan clients in line with business objectives.
- Maintain a zero-default recovery rate by adhering to credit guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments of loan usage and maintain consistent client engagement.
- Follow internal policies while recommending enhancements when necessary.
- Keep precise records and ensure timely submission of reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).
- Aged 30 years or younger.
- Possess a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license.
