Job Description
Spaceart Architects invites a creative Architect with at least 1 year of experience in an architectural firm. Responsibilities include architectural design and planning, 3D visualization and rendering, technical detailing, and on-site coordination and execution.
- Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, strong knowledge of materials and construction techniques.
- Other competencies: translate client needs into functional and aesthetic designs, attention to detail, presentation, communication, and project management.
- Education: B.Arch. Job type: full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹25,00–₹35,00/month. Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement.
- Location: In person at Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala — reliable commute or relocation preferred.
