Job Description
The Oswal Group is currently searching for a skilled Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. We welcome applications from both male and female candidates.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include preparing conceptual and detailed drawings, coordinating with structural and MEP consultants, and collaborating with government authorities to obtain project approvals. You will oversee site execution, develop Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and produce 3D visuals and renderings. Additionally, mentoring junior architects will be an integral part of your responsibilities.
