Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic AR Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to identify appropriate contacts, ensuring accurate call dispositions, and generating leads qualified for collection efforts.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong questioning, logical reasoning, and active listening skills. A minimum of Higher Secondary education (12th Pass) is required, and prior experience in an international voice process is preferred.
Shift hours are Monday to Friday, either from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The monthly compensation ranges from ₹18,00.00 to ₹23,00.00.
