Job Description
Zaptech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Desk Verification Associate to join our team. You will make outbound cold calls to identify right party contacts and ensure accurate call dispositions for our debtor contact list.
Your responsibilities include generating collection-qualified leads and collaborating with the collections team for live transfers or appointment scheduling.
Qualifications: Minimum 12th grade, fluent English communication skills. Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 with benefits, including food provision and health insurance.
Shift timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
