Job Description
Capita is seeking a motivated Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. In this position, you will prioritize delivering exceptional customer service while actively enhancing service delivery processes. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing inquiries from Capita managers and staff across multiple channels, processing payroll transactions promptly, and having a solid understanding of pension schemes to support our stakeholders.
Key duties include managing HR operations within the Workday system, assisting with onboarding processes, and contributing to content design and development. You will also be responsible for addressing employee inquiries regarding statutory compliance, the Employee Provident Fund (EPF), and the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC).
