Job Description

  • Based in Hyderabad
  • Looking for male candidates with a Bike and a valid DL
  • 0 – 3 years experience working in Gold Loan Appraising, especially either in NBFC or Banking Industry
Responsibilities
  • Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.
  • Ensure fulfillment of customer’s gold loan requirement
  • Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process
  • Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and saltwater
  • Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
  • Build a long-term relationship with customers for future business
  • Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage
