Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Order Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of sales orders and verifying material availability. Key responsibilities include monitoring pending and back orders, communicating updates to customers, coordinating urgent stock transfers, and collaborating with the purchase team for material procurement. Furthermore, the role involves tracking delivery performance, managing customer schedule agreements and dispatch plans, and addressing any customer complaints related to orders.
Qualified candidates should possess knowledge of inventory systems (SAP preferred), exceptional communication and coordination skills, a proactive approach to follow-ups, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools is also required.
