Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated AML Support Services Compliance Officer to enhance our compliance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and monitoring transactions to ensure adherence to PMLA provisions and the RBI’s KYC/AML/CFT guidelines. Your key tasks will include analyzing potential red flags, sending alerts for due diligence, reporting suspicious transactions, and keeping abreast of regulatory compliance updates.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of three years of banking experience, possessing expertise in Core Banking Systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential. Additional qualifications in AML are a plus.
