Role and Responsibilities:
- Onboarding and support for bank/merchant/customers
- End-to-end transaction processing including data entry and document verification
- Maintaining KYC records and analyzing customer profiles
Skills: Proficient in Excel, case tracking, customer support
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Onsite)
Pay: ₹30,00 – ₹40,00 per month
