Job Description
We at JAMES HEAL PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED are seeking motivated individuals to fill the role of Amazon Flipkart Calling Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to communication scripts, addressing customer inquiries, and providing effective solutions. Opportunities to upsell products, foster customer relationships, and maintain call records will also be part of your daily tasks. Participation in training seminars will be required to enhance your skill set.
