Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager in Spares Sourcing. We are looking for a qualified candidate with 8-10 years of experience in the Auto Spares, Engineering Industry, or Lubricating Oil Distribution sectors.
The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating timely supplies with suppliers, managing inventory levels in collaboration with the DP team, and promptly addressing customer inquiries. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is crucial, along with strong data analysis skills. Experience with SAP software is an advantage.
