Job Description
We are seeking an Alumni Engagement and Placement Associate to strengthen alumni relations and enhance graduate career outcomes. The role includes building and sustaining alumni networks, coordinating events and mentorship programs, managing placement activities and internships, tracking employment outcomes, and liaising with employers to secure opportunities.
- Requirements: strong communication and project-management skills, experience in career services or alumni relations, proficiency with CRM systems, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
- Responsibilities: prioritize placement initiatives, analyze employment data, and professionally represent the institution to alumni and employers.
This position reports to the Career Services Manager.
