Job Description
Dream World Tours is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Airline Ticketing Executive located in Puna, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will oversee airline bookings, cancellations, and ensure outstanding customer service for both domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket sales, bookings, and re-bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate with airlines to confirm bookings and address schedule changes.
- Process ticket refunds and reissuances promptly.
- Provide accurate and timely travel information to clients.
Desired Skills: Excellent communication skills, familiarity with GDS systems is an advantage, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, inclusive of benefits.
