Job Description
Full-time, in-person position to oversee soil and crop production, diagnose pests, diseases and nutrient deficiencies, manage livestock and herbicide use, and promote organic and sustainable practices. Responsibilities include reviewing certification files, training smallholder farmers, preparing farm management plans, presenting to the Certification Committee, addressing complaints, and supporting team coordination.
- Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Experience: 1–7 years; strong communication and training skills required
- Salary: ₹9,272.03–₹36,620.17 per month
