Job Description:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on agricultural lands in Maharashtra.
- Proficiency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Extensive knowledge of department regulations and farm land is crucial.
- Drafting title documents is required.
- Carry out IGR searches, CERSAI searches, 7/12, Ferfar, and document vetting.
