Job Description
We are currently seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Tirupur. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a focus on innerwear garments.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a supply rate of 99%, overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory levels, and ensuring the overall condition of the facility. Additionally, you will lead recruitment and training efforts while fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
Key qualifications include expertise in supply chain management, manpower management, and lean system implementation. Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is highly desirable.
