Job Description
We are seeking a skilled AGM/General Manager to oversee daily operations of our workshop at TATA MOTORS SERVICE CENTRE. You will be responsible for workflow efficiencies, profitability, cost control, customer care, and employee performance. Your strategic vision will help us achieve company goals.
- Manage profit & Loss reporting and daily shop productivity.
- Build and maintain positive customer relations.
- Conduct final quality control inspections of vehicles.
- Coach and train team members for success.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: ₹55,00.00 – ₹65,00.00 per month
