Job Description
Full-time, in-person position (6 days/week, 10:00–19:00) supporting online and offline children’s art programs. Primary responsibilities include handling parent inquiries by phone, explaining courses, fees and demo procedures, scheduling demos, converting leads, and maintaining lead records. Secondary duties involve data entry, sending bulk WhatsApp/SMS updates, re-engaging past parents, and posting approved updates.
- Requirements: confident telephone skills, spoken Hindi and clear English, basic WhatsApp and Excel/Sheets proficiency, and willingness to learn sales and communication techniques.
- Open to freshers (0–1 year); long-term candidates preferred.
- Compensation: ₹8,00–₹13,00 per month.
