Job Description
iLearn IAS Academy is seeking a dedicated Admissions Counselor to become an essential part of our team. In this role, you will engage with prospective students and provide them with valuable information regarding the Civil Services Examination and our range of program offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads.
- Clarify exam structure and eligibility requirements.
- Highlight program features and benefits.
- Assist with inquiries and guide students through the admission process.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Work collaboratively to achieve enrollment targets.
