Job Description

We are seeking a professional Admission Officer to manage inquiries, counsel applicants, and support our telecalling team. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls from prospective students and parents, following up on qualified leads, counseling walk-in candidates, and contacting digital leads to maximize conversions. The role also involves training and mentoring telecallers to improve call quality and conversion rates, providing clear course and admission information, and guiding applicants through enrollment steps to help the team meet targets.

• Salary: ₹10,00–₹30,00/month
